Refund Eligibility: Package purchases for paint throwing sessions, classes, or memberships are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or relocations, and are subject to management approval.

Cancellation and Transfers: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or class, you can reschedule or transfer your session to another available time slot, provided you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that session.

Extensions and Holds: In certain cases, we may offer extensions or holds for packages due to medical reasons or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility and terms of such arrangements.

Expired Sessions and Packages: Sessions and Packages have an expiration date as specified during purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended. We encourage you to use your sessions within the stipulated timeframe to fully benefit from your package.

Schedule Changes and Availability: Schedules are subject to change or cancellation based on instructor availability, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a session change or cancellations, we will provide suitable alternatives or refunds for affected sessions.

Refund Requests: To request a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our studio management as soon as possible. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend access to classes until the matter is resolved.

Modifications to Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through our website or direct communication channels.
